Please note that to enjoy free replacement, please keep the original packaging of the product as much as possible.

Please keep some form of proof of purchase and receipt, such as a video or picture, to identify the product described and the problem.

When a product has manufacturing defects/quality issues.

Please send the following content to support@wanbostore.com for feedback:

-Purchase platform and date and order number.

-Product serial number (you can find it on the bottom of the device).

-Detailed description of the problem (please attach a video or picture).

When we receive your feedback.

We will reply to your email within 48 hours. Please actively cooperate with the staff to check the machine's condition, including but not limited to pictures, videos, video calls, etc.

When the product is eligible for free exchange.

Please cooperate with our staff to return the machine.

-To ensure that the package is sent to the correct address, please be sure to arrange shipping according to the delivery address provided by customer service.

 -To avoid unnecessary disputes with the shipping company, please restore the items to their original packaging as much as possible/take photos or videos of the complete packaging process and send them to us.

-After the package is arranged to be sent back, please provide the shipping tracking number and relevant vouchers to the staff.

When we receive the machine you sent back.

We will check the machine within 48 hours arrange the transportation of the new machine for you within 48 hours after confirming it is correct, and provide you with a shipping order number.
